Frequently asked questions

What is included in my party?


Your 90 minute party inlcludes all setup and cleanup, an hour and a half of fun, a coronation ceremony, story time, singing or dancing, games, photo time, and present time if you wish. You may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to your party time to get settled before your guests arrive and may use up to 15 minutes of clean up time to pack after your party time ends. During your party you will have the main event space all to yourself along with one themed room that cooresponds with your party type! Mini Parties include all setup and cleanup plus the activities specified in the party description. For mini parties and events you may arrive up to 10 minutes prior to your start time to check in and get settled.




What does each theme/themed activity mean?


For each party you can choose a theme to customize your party to match it to your little one's favorite things! Each party has time for games and activities and the theme you choose will determine the activities the character will lead. Here is a little more info about each theme: Face Painting - Each party guest will get a beautiful painting on their face or forearm plus special glitter added for an enchanting effect Painting - The character will teach party guests a special painting chosen by the birthday child on a 9x12 canvas. The paintings will be mostly dry by the end of the party so your guests can take them home as a special favor. Tea Party - Dine like Royalty at a custom tea party. This party package includes bite sized finger foods, tea/hot chocolate, and desserts served to your little ones by the character of your choosing. Ballet - Learn ballet basics with the character of your choosing and have an extra special dance party with them! Characters will be in a tutu or ballet version of their outfits for this party type which makes for one of a kind photos! Craft - Guests will make a special themed craft that they can take home with them at the end of the party. Crafts may be something like painting magic ice snowflakes, tie-dye scrunchies, sign painting, sun catchers, and other themed craft projects. PJ Party - Wear your coziest attire at one of our PJ parties! Little ones will get to decorate their own soft headband to wear during the party and will play extra special games and take photos with the character(s) of your choosing who will be wearing their favorite PJs as well. This is a great choice for a fun activity before a slumber party! Super Hero - Learn to hone your super skills during Hero Lessons at our Super Hero themed parties! Little ones will learn how to use their skills and powers for good from their favorite hero!




How many adults & kids can I have at my party?


Each weekend party package includes 10 kids and up to 10 adults. Additional guests can be added on for $12 per person. Please note that party activities will include kids only. If you wish to inlcude the adults in your activity you can add their participation to a craft party, painting party, or tea party for $10 per adult.




What do I need to bring with me?


If you wish to serve food or cake at your party, we ask that you bring all plates, cups, and utensils that you will need. Lit candles are allowed while singing Happy Birthday Only. Our venue is filled with themed decor and we have many beautiful photo stations all set up for you! Most parties choose not to bring in additional decor but if you do choose to bring decor it may be set up during the 15 minutes prior to your party and must be removed in the 15 minutes after your party. We will have a party host onsite to help with any pre and post party setup and cleanup you wish to do. During in venue parties we do not allow confetti, silly string, or lit candles (aside from during happy birthday). If you wish to have alcohol served at your party it must be purchased and served from our staff and you must let us know at the time of booking so we can schedule staff accordingly.




What should we wear to a birthday party?


We encourage you and your little ones to dress to the theme! Little princes and princesses often choose to wear a fancy outfit or their favorite character costume. Adult Royals often like to wear a shirt matching the theme or try Disneybounding for something extra special! We do allow adults to come in costume, however, we ask that they be clear that they are dressed up while the character is the real deal to avoid any confusion. For painting and craft parties we do have aprons that can be worn to protect clothing, however, we recommend wearing clothes you don't mind getting paint on since the paint is permanent on fabrics.




Where do we park?


We have a parking lot in front of our venue which is the most direct and accessable parking to our space. In addition, there is street parking available in front of our venue on 130th Ave. If the parking lot is full, there is additional parking in the back of the building and you can access our venue from the back lot using the stairs.
